Pocket knives and other short blade knives, less than 5”
Many knife brands, such as Shun, offer complimentary knife
sharpening services. While we will sharpen any straight
blade, we recommend that you take them up on their offer!
We do not sharpen ceramic knives or serrated / scalloped
knives.
Unless otherwise specified, all Western knives will be
sharpened to a 22o angle, and all Asian knives
will sharpened to a 16o angle.
Fees
All straight-blade knives, including paring knives: .50¢
per blade inch
Expedited “rush” service available on a case by case basis,
circumstances permitting.
Rush service prices: .75¢
per blade inch

Standard turn-around time is 48 hours.
