Cooking Class Registration, Payment Policies and Guidelines!
At
Birmingham Bake and Cook Company, we feature a wide variety of
Chef Demonstrations, and cooking classes, both hands-on and
demonstration – oriented, in our in-store instructional kitchen.
We are extremely fortunate to be able to tap into Birmingham’s
exciting food scene by featuring local chefs and culinary
artisans. The number of participants varies greatly; we have
space for 8 – 10 for hands on classes and up to 18 – 24 for
demonstration classes.
Registration
Information
Class registration may be made over the phone or in person.
While we have never had any issues with credit card security, we
are tightening up our system toward further protecting your
credit card information. Toward this end, payment is required at
the time of registration. No credit card information is stored
either on-site or electronically. We accept Mastercard, Visa,
American Express and Discover Card. Please plan to arrive 10 -
15 minutes prior to the start of each class for not only on
an-time start, but to check-in at the register, and to collect
your receipt.
Gift certificates may also be used. If the amount of the gift
certificate is less than the cost of the class, the difference
must be charged to a credit card at the time of registration per
normal. Cancellation penalties apply to gift certificates as if
they were cash. If the value of the gift certificate is greater
than the cost of the class, the difference may be used per
normal for store merchandise or credited to future classes.

inconvenience for our registrants.
